13 ft 1 in White Oak Live-Edge Slab, 24 to 27 in wide, 2 1/2 in thick (WHO-26-03-05)

The widest slab off this log, 27 in across at the butt end and still 24 in at the top, with bark on both edges and a full 2 1/2 in of thickness. Thirteen feet of white oak, heavy enough for a dining table, a conference top, or a bar.

What it builds: A 13 ft bar or island top in one piece. With WHO-26-03-04, cut back to back, a dining table 4 to 4 1/2 ft wide that seats 10 to 12.

Three ways to buy this slab

• Wet today, $695 at $10.00 per board foot. Load it and go, you do the drying.
• Reserve it, $400 deposit. We dry it, you pay the balance at pickup. Air dried $870, kiln dried $1,147.
• Kiln dried, $1,147 at $16.50 per board foot, dried to 6 to 9% and ready when the kiln run is done.

This is the biggest piece we have in stock. Thick white oak dries slowly and has to be done right, which is why we air dry it first and finish it in the kiln. One slab, one of a kind. Whichever option sells first takes it off the shelf.
